What is the Canadian Quantum Directory?
A national, searchable database of organizations and institutions in Canada with quantum-related capabilities, expertise, and services.
Who manages the directory?
The directory is developed and maintained by Deep Tech Canada.
Is the directory only for Canadian organizations?
Yes. It focuses on entities operating in or significantly contributing to the Canadian quantum sector.
How do I add my organization to the directory?
Use the "Join the Directory" form. You’ll need to provide information such as your organization’s name, website, and a description of your quantum-related capabilities.
Is there a cost to be listed?
Currently, listings are free.
How long does it take for a new listing to appear?
Most submissions are reviewed and published within 5 business days.
How do I update or correct my listing?
Contact us via the Contact form with the details you’d like to change.
How do I search the directory?
You can search by capability, organization type, or by province. The interactive map feature allows you to filter by geographic location.
Can I search by quantum capabilities?
Yes. Use the “Capabilities” filter to narrow down results to organizations with specific areas of expertise.
Is the information in the directory always up to date?
We update listings regularly, but we rely on organizations to notify us of changes. Always confirm details via the organization’s website.
Why can’t I download the entire directory?
We maintain the directory as an online resource to ensure the information is current, to provide equal access to all users, and to prevent unintended or non-collaborative uses.
Where does the information come from?
All information is submitted directly by organizations.
Can I use the information for commercial purposes?
The directory is intended for collaboration, research, and ecosystem development—not unsolicited sales or marketing.
